• GENERAL CONDITIONS

    By booking a tour with Arctic by Aron, you agree to our general conditions, which include requirements for timely payment, accurate participant information, compliance with local rules and guide instructions, and provisions for changes or cancellations; Arctic by Aron reserves the right to alter itineraries, accommodations, or services due to safety concerns, weather, or other operational necessities, and will make reasonable efforts to offer alternatives or refunds where appropriate. Participants are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents, appropriate clothing and equipment, and disclosing medical conditions that could affect participation. Arctic by Aron’s liability for injury, loss, or damage is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and excludes liability for unforeseeable events beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, governmental actions, or third-party providers; passengers are encouraged to carry adequate travel and activity insurance. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge these terms and accept the limits of our responsibility as stated in the full booking conditions provided at the time of reservation.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

    ► Full refund for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour date.

    ► No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour date.

    ► No refund for no-shows at pickup; failure to be present at the scheduled pickup results in forfeiture of the payment.

    Cancellations: direct email or phone only. Third-party or social media cancellations are not accepted.

    We recommend all travelers to have a comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and belongings.

  • Pick-ups, Media Consent and Currency

    Our pickup service is designed for convenience and reliability throughout the Capital area and within any surrounding locations we deem a reasonable distance. Scheduling is flexible to accommodate both planned and same-day needs, with pickup windows that fit your calendar. We verify addresses and assess distance to ensure each request falls within our service area; if a location is outside that range, we’ll provide alternatives or advise on next steps.

    By participating in our tours and services, travellers consent to media—photographs, video, and audio—captured during activities being used for promotional and marketing purposes by our company. If you prefer not to be included in promotional media, opting out is simple: notify a staff member at the time of the tour or contact our office afterward and we will take reasonable steps to exclude or remove identifiable media of you from future materials.

    All prices stated by our company are in Icelandic króna (ISK) and are subject to change due to currency fluctuation and market conditions. Where applicable, quoted prices will reflect ISK amounts; if payments are made in a different currency, the final charged amount may vary based on current exchange rates and any fees applied by payment processors. We recommend confirming prices at the time of booking and note that any taxes, fees, or special service charges will be clearly indicated.
